How to Connect a Personal Strategy to AstraBit

CPT Capital, LLC, doing business as “AstraBit,” “AstraBlox,” and “AstraEx,” its parent company, Affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively “CPT”), is a U.S. Broker-Dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a member of FINRA. Investors may review our firm and representatives at FINRA BrokerCheck (https://brokercheck.finra.org/). CPT jointly and severally discloses that not all AstraBit or AstraBlox services are broker-dealer services or regulated by the SEC or FINRA. Only services explicitly identified by us as regulated should be considered as such. Other services may involve non-regulated digital assets and do not receive the protections applicable to regulated activities, including but not limited to the investor protections offered by the SIPC, etc. CPT further discloses that historical performance and results do not guarantee future returns. CPT and its employees, members, shareholders, brokers, or Affiliates make no assurance that future positive returns will be achieved, or that you will receive a return of all or part of your investment. Investment results may vary substantially over any given period. Trading in digital assets and cryptocurrencies is highly speculative, involves a significant risk of loss, and may not be suitable for all investors. Digital assets may not be covered by SIPC or FDIC protections and may be subject to limited or evolving regulatory oversight. You should carefully review the section of the CPT User Agreement (https://astrabit.io/legal/eula) entitled “RISKS” and consider those risks in their entirety before purchasing or using any CPT software or products. CPT strongly recommends that you consult with a licensed, independent financial, legal, and tax advisor prior to making any financial decisions. Hypothetical back-testing and/or past performance should not be relied upon to predict future outcomes. Back-tested performance may not reflect actual trading conditions, including liquidity constraints, market volatility, or execution timing. All performance or return data provided by CPT, or by any third party using CPT products, is for informational purposes only. Such data has not been independently audited or verified and should not be construed as representative of returns that may be achieved in the future. CPT does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party performance data. 919 N. Market Street, Suite 425, Wilmington, DE 19801
