You’ll only be charged once your bot makes its first trade. From that point forward, the daily rate will apply.
Not until it trades for the first time. Creating an account and setting up a bot are free, and billing starts only when the bot places its first trade. After that, the daily rate applies each day the bot is running, so delete any bot you no longer want to stop its charges.
Your AstraBit cost is your bot’s daily rate, paid in credits. Your exchange charges its own trading fees on each order, the same as when you trade manually. Those fees go to the exchange, not to AstraBit, and vary by exchange and account level.
Yes. Through our Freemium loyalty program, your daily bot rate can be fully covered based on your trading volume — so active traders can run bots at no cost. Creating an account and setting up a bot is always free, and the daily rate only starts once your bot makes its first trade.
Most traders start with Standard. It adds leverage, trailing stop losses and more take profit and DCA levels to everything in Basic. Choose Basic if you trade without leverage, and Advanced if you need hedging or up to 10 take profit levels and 15 DCA steps.
Yes. Pricing is per bot, so you can run bots on different tiers at the same time and pay each bot’s own daily rate. To move to a different tier, set up a bot on the new tier and delete the old one; charges for a deleted bot stop.
We switched from a monthly subscription to a daily rate to give you flexibility in managing usage and costs. Knowing your daily rate, you can load the exact amount of credits you’ll need to run your bots for the time period you choose.
Credits are how you pay for your bots. 1 credit equals $1, and your bot’s daily rate is deducted from your credit balance. Because you know your daily rate, you can load exactly the amount you need.
Simply delete the bot. Once deleted, you’ll no longer be charged for that bot or the strategy it was using.
