You’ll only be charged once your bot makes its first trade. From that point forward, the daily rate will apply.

Why do you charge a daily rate instead of monthly?

We switched from a monthly subscription to a daily rate to provide flexibility in managing usage and costs. By knowing your daily rate, you can load your account with the amount of credits you’ll need to run your bots or strategies for the time period you choose.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply delete the bot. Once deleted, you’ll no longer be charged for that bot or the strategy it was using.
