Bio

Gabriel Parker is an experienced risk-management and compliance professional with more than 10 years of experience. He began his career at a Big 4 accounting firm, where he built a deep understanding of common risk-management practices — IT general controls, SOX internal audit, and third-party risk and compliance — consulting for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, technology, and transportation on vendor management, privacy, and risk mitigation.

He went on to join the largest mortgage-technology servicer of its time, which was soon acquired by a leading global exchange operator. There he served as a manager in third-party risk management, broadening his understanding of risk on a global scale and across major financial markets. More recently, he has applied that same discipline at an AI-first healthcare company, extending his compliance expertise into a new and fast-moving sector.

His work spans a broad set of risk lenses — legal, geopolitical, business continuity, and regulatory — and a fluency in responding to regulators including the SEC, FINRA, and CFTC. That cross-industry foundation is what he now brings to digital assets.

As Chief Compliance Officer for the Astra ecosystem, Gabriel designs, implements, and supervises the firm’s compliance program as a licensed Compliance Officer Principal — ensuring that AstraBit’s products, services, and operations align with a regulation-first mandate, and that investor protection remains paramount.
