Can I use AstraBit for free?
Yes! AstraBit offers a Freemium + Loyalty Program where you can receive AstraBit Credits. These credits can be applied toward the cost of AstraBit products.
How does AstraBit’s Freemium + Loyalty Program work?
All products on AstraBit are purchased using credits. Freemium + Loyalty Credits can be used to offset the cost of AstraBit products and in some cases, your Freemium + Loyalty credits may fully cover your costs. You can receive credits in multiple ways:
- Account Verification — When you verify your account, you will receive 10 credits.
- Affiliate Exchange Connection — When you connect your first, new affiliated exchange and execute your first trade through AstraBit, you will receive 20 credits. NOTE: There is no limit to the amount of affiliated accounts you can use. Only your first, new account will be eligible to receive the 20 credits. All other affiliate accounts will receive credits based on trading activity.
- Trading Activity — If you use an affiliated exchange and AstraBit is your referee, we can convert a portion of the commissions we receive from your manual or automated trading volume into credits and apply them to your account.

AstraBit supports automated trading on both centralized exchanges (CEXs) and decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
- CEX automation: Trades are executed through a centralized platform where you create an API key to connect your exchange account to AstraBit. Funds are deposited and held in custody by the exchange, offering deeper liquidity and fastest execution but with third-party custody risk.
- DEX automation: Trades are executed on-chain through decentralized protocols where you connect AstraBit to your wallet via API keys. Funds remain in self-custody, often deposited in smart contracts, providing greater control but potentially less liquidity and increased risk during periods of high volatility.
AstraBit’s cross-exchange automation means you can run trading bots, copy strategies, and manage your portfolio across both CEX and DEX environments from a single interface.

Does AstraBit hold my funds?
No. AstraBit does not store your crypto assets or fiat currency. Your funds remain in your exchange account, smart-contract, or wallet.
When you connect to AstraBit, you authorize trading through API connections based on your chosen settings. AstraBit never asks for your exchange login credentials, withdrawal permissions, or direct access to your wallet.

How does AstraBit keep my information secure?
- AstraBit never accesses your wallet or exchange login credentials.
- AstraBit is PCI compliant and does not store your credit card details.
- All API connections use permissions set by you and can be revoked at any time from your exchange account.
- API keys are hashed so even AstraBit developers cannot see them.
