How To Add Billing & Purchase Credits

This guide explains how to add billing information and purchase credits in AstraBit, so your account can pay for trading activity and platform usage.

It is intended for users who already have an AstraBit account and want to activate or fund a trading bot.

The steps cover entering a payment method, understanding when charges occur, and purchasing credits that will be used before any card is billed.

Step 1: Add Billing Information

  • Head over to AstraBit Pay.
  • Under “Payment Details,” add in credit/debt card information to add a card.
  • Complete the Billing Details section as related to the card on file.
  • In order to activate a trading bot, you will need an active card.
  • You will not be charged immediately. Your account with use Loyalty Credits first.

Step 2: Enter Credit Amount

  • Click on “Top Up” on the right hand side.
  • Select the amount of Credits you want to top up.
    | NOTE: 25 is the minimum you can purchase.
    | NOTE: 1 Credit = $1 USD

Step 3: Enter Payment Information

  • You can pay with fiat via credit/debit card.
  • Crypto Payments are in-works.
  • AstraBit is PCI compliant and protects all user information.

Step 4: Confirm and Top Up

  • The final screen shows you a final invoice.
  • Click “Purchase Credits” to confirm and complete Top Up.
  • Your Credits will be available in your account immediately.
  • This will increase your “Account Balance.” (In white)

Step 5: How Can You Use AstraBit For Free?

  • With our Freemium + Loyalty program, you can earn Credits.
  • This article goes into more detail on how to earn Credits.
  • In the Top Up section, this chart shows you how to earn Credits through trading volume.
  • Create an exchange account using one of the listed and eligible affiliate links.
  • Trading volume generates fees, which AstraBit gets a commission from and can credit back to you.
  • You can then apply these Loyalty credits (automatically) towards your AstraBit costs.
