Exchange Settings
Best practices for using AstraBit across exchanges. By understanding these requirements and setting up accounts correctly, you can optimize your automated trading strategies and ensure smooth operations across every venue — with multi-exchange capabilities that support diverse strategies and enhance overall trading efficiency.
Best Practices
Get the Setup Right
Four habits that keep your bots running smoothly across every exchange.
Complete API Setup
Ensure all API keys are correctly configured with the necessary permissions enabled, and regularly check for API expiration (e.g., 90-day expiration on some exchanges).
Adhere to Exchange Requirements
Each exchange has specific rules — minimum order sizes, precision requirements, 2FA setup. Ensure compliance to avoid errors.
Monitor Funding Fees
Funding fees vary based on leverage and market conditions — account for these costs in your strategies, especially for high-frequency and leverage trading.
Stay Informed
Regularly review the latest exchange documentation and updates to stay compliant and adapt strategies effectively.
